An Easy Way To Lower Your Impact On The Environment

Try eating a meatless meal a couple times a week, you’ll probably feel more energized and less sluggish and you’ll be helping reduce your impact on the planet. Better yet, take it all the way and eat a vegetarian diet. As Sir Paul McCartney says:

“If anyone wants to save the planet, all they have to do is just stop eating meat. That’s the single most important thing you could do. It’s staggering when you think about it. Vegetarianism takes care of so many things in one shot: ecology, famine, cruelty.”
